At Coronado Spreckles Park this afternoon, I stopped by Big Jim's BBQ tent and had to try it. Even though they had run out of BBQ, they did not turn me away empty-handed. They loaded me up with an amazing BBQ chicken sandwich AND the most incredible smoked pork rib I've ever had! The pork rib was very tender and juicy, bursting with robust smoked flavor!
